Partial shoring is intended for trenches up to 1.75 meters deep in stable, cohesive soils, typical of most shallow utility excavations in the Middle East. The TITAN Aluminium Trench Edge Support protects trench edges from collapse without fully lining the sides.
Partial shoring offers speed and ease of handling. Two people can install a unit without machinery, minimizing the footprint and supporting efficient service connections, cable laying, and short utility runs. It is among the lightest aluminium shoring solutions for this depth.
Partial shoring is not suitable for soft or cohesionless soils, trenches deeper than 1.75 meters, or excavations requiring extended open periods. In these cases, full shoring is required.

Full shoring is used when partial shoring is insufficient. The TITAN Aluminium Trenching System supports both trench sides from the surface to depths of up to 6 meters, with configurations tailored to specific depth ranges. TITAN struts accommodate trench widths from 0.60 to 2.26 meters, and push-pull props extend this range for wider excavations.
Full shoring is the standard solution for major pipeline installations, deep utility corridors, and infrastructure projects requiring continuous lateral support in the GCC. The system is adaptable; components can be reconfigured for manhole shoring or combined with trench sheeting for unstable ground. These adjustments are made after selecting full shoring as the initial approach.

Trench shoring requires a configuration choice. The initial decision an engineer makes on any GCC excavation determines installation methods, crew efficiency, and trench safety throughout the project.
The TITAN Aluminium Trenching System offers two options: partial shoring and full shoring. Each is designed for specific site conditions. The choice depends on trench depth, soil stability, and excavation requirements.
Verification 1: Partial Shoring
Partial shoring is intended for trenches up to 1.75 meters deep in stable, cohesive soils, typical of most shallow utility excavations in the Middle East. The TITAN Aluminium Trench Edge Support protects trench edges from collapse without fully lining the sides.
Partial shoring offers speed and ease of handling. Two people can install a unit without machinery, minimizing the footprint and supporting efficient service connections, cable laying, and short utility runs. It is among the lightest aluminium shoring solutions for this depth.
Partial shoring is not suitable for soft or cohesionless soils, trenches deeper than 1.75 meters, or excavations requiring extended open periods. In these cases, full shoring is required.
Full Shoring
Full shoring is used when partial shoring is insufficient. The TITAN Aluminium Trenching System supports both trench sides from the surface to depths of up to 6 meters, with configurations tailored to specific depth ranges. TITAN struts accommodate trench widths from 0.60 to 2.26 meters, and push-pull props extend this range for wider excavations.
Full shoring is the standard solution for major pipeline installations, deep utility corridors, and infrastructure projects requiring continuous lateral support in the GCC. The system is adaptable; components can be reconfigured for manhole shoring or combined with trench sheeting for unstable ground. These adjustments are made after selecting full shoring as the initial approach.
